Connectors
Connect Slack
A connector that has not synced for more than a day shows an amber warning on the Connectors page, and workspace admins get an email. Most problems come from one of four causes: expired sign-in, revoked access, a renamed or moved source, or a rate limit on the other side.
Until you fix it, Lanternfish keeps answering from the content it has already read. Receipts still open, but new documents and messages will be missing from answers.
Open Settings, then Connectors, and select the connector with the warning.
Read the status line. “Sign-in expired” means you need to reconnect; select Reconnect and sign in again.
If it says “Access removed”, check that the account you connected can still open the folder, channel or page.
If it says “Source not found”, someone renamed or deleted it. Remove it from the list and add it again.
Select Sync now. A healthy connector turns green after the first batch of items has been read.
Rate limit warnings clear on their own, usually within an hour. If a connector is still red after a full sync, use the Contact us link below and include the connector name and the time of the last good sync.
